I'm a self-taught freelance artist based in NEPA. I specialize in character + outfit design and anime-style visuals.I'm always learning new processes to explore through my work. Terms of Service

Commissions can be placed via Ko-fi or through filling out a Commission Form. Types of commissions accepted vary between where they are placed. The artist reserves the right to decline a commission proposal. A client must read, understand, and agree to all Terms of Service listed below.By engaging in a commission or art related transaction with the artist, the client agrees to all Terms of Service.🚫 NO 𝔸𝕀 + ℕ𝔽𝕋! 🚫 All works here are created by human hands!

PAYMENT
Payment is required up front once the client’s order is accepted. If the client cannot pay for their order up front, payment plans can be discussed at the artist’s discretion. Until an order is paid in full, however, it will not be completed. Only once paid, even partially, will the artist’s work begin. All prices are listed in USD. If the client is unsure of a price total, then they are welcome to contact the artist to request a Quote free of charge.Payment is expected within 48 hours of an accepted order. Acceptable methods of payment can be made through PayPal or Venmo.REFUNDS
Refunds are not acceptable if a commission has already been started. If the client wishes to cancel their order prior to any progress being made, they are welcome to contact the artist ASAP. Issuing a chargeback with no communication will result in the client being blacklisted.PROCESS & COMMUNICATION
Please give the artist approximately 3-5 weeks to complete an order. This is a general estimated timeline, as various factors may interrupt or prolong the progress of an order. These factors could be:

  • The client’s place in the Queue

  • The amount of detail involved in the commission

  • Any additional revisions made during the process

  • Time absorbed by the artist's alternative occupation

  • Life events / health of the artist

Communication will begin via email, and can be held solely through email or transferred to Discord if the client prefers. It is recommended to choose one focused form of communication, and the client should only resort to a secondary option if the artist cannot be contacted sometime in the midst of an order’s progress.

Work in progress shots will be distributed at varying times throughout the process of an order. During this time, it is recommended to make any requests for revisions before the finished product. Revisions requested after a commission has been finished will result in additional fees, depending on how complicated the revision is.The final product will be delivered via email with a watermark. Additional copies such as versions with reduced sizes or transparent backgrounds come free of cost.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
The artist reserves all rights to the artwork produced. Commercial rights are unavailable, and the artist’s work may not be used for profit. The artist’s work may not be reproduced, redistributed, traced or altered for any reason. Removal of a watermark is prohibited. Proper credit to the artist from the client is a requirement wherever the art is used publicly.Clients retain intellectual ownership of any character designs depicted. Permission to post a commissioned piece is not required so long as credit to the artist is provided.

  • Reserve the right to repost to any platform ( with credit to the client of their original characters )

  • Reserve the right to use image for self promotion

  • Reserve the right to decline commissions

  • Reserve the right to discuss and alter pricing

  • Reserve the right to cancel an order ( full refunds issued if applicable )

AS THE CLIENT, YOU...

  • May repost to any social platform ( excluding Twitter / X ) with credit to the artist

  • May use the image for personal use with credit to the artist ( prints, icons, wallpapers, personal website decoration, etc. )

  • May not make any alterations to the image or remove the artist’s watermark

  • May not sell or make a profit from the image in any form

  • May not convert the image into an NFT or anything similar

  • May not feed the image into any AI training model or generator

  • May not request a refund of a completed commission
